Tom Cleall

Tom was appointed as a Principal of the firm in September 2024 and is uniquely a dual qualified Solicitor (2024) & Licensed Conveyancer (2016) in the firm’s residential & commercial property departments.

Tom joined Pengillys in April 2017 from a large national conveyancing firm. During his time there he had exposure to a wide variety of residential property transactions and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in August 2016.

Tom’s particular areas of interest are land acquisition, development and unit disposals and acts for several niche developers locally and further afield.

Tom has a pragmatic approach and values effective communication. He has a “can do” attitude which over the years has established him as a popular and competent practitioner with stakeholders locally and further afield.

When Tom is not conveyancing, he spends his time with his young family and enjoys running, swimming and football. Tom is also a fanatical supporter of Southampton Football Club.
