Kim Bennett

Profile

Kim started her legal career in 1993 when she joined a local solicitors firm as an office junior. She progressed to the role of junior secretary and then to senior secretary working for a principal of the firm. After a short break from the legal world, Kim joined a firm of solicitors in Poole and studied at night school through The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives to become a Chartered Legal Executive. She qualified as a Fellow in 2006.

Kim mainly specialises in all types of personal injury claims from minor to serious, however since joining Pengillys in September 2015, she has branched out into general litigation to include contract and landlord & tenant disputes. She is also able to advise in relation to employment Settlement Agreements.

Kim has the ability to make her client’s feel welcome and relaxed, and always goes the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcome for their claims. Kim is always willing to visit her clients in their homes upon request.

When Kim is not at work, she enjoys walking her dog and spending time with family and friends. She is also a keen baker, and self taught cake decorator.
