Powers of Attorney & Court of Protection
Our service includes preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney including advising on the effect of the document proposed, preparation and issue of relevant notices and arrangement for correct execution and application for registration at the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG). The OPG charge a registration fee per document as set out below.
